Delivery & refunds
Effective for paid orders from October 11, 2026. Version 2026-10-11-public-v1. Your applicable mandatory rights take precedence.
Digital delivery
Names and purchased readings are supplied on the order screen within 24 hours after verified payment. After you confirm one name, the three card images and separate seal are supplied within 24 hours. If a component remains undelivered because of a service failure, we stop accepting new payments and arrange a refund. The outer delivery limit is seven days from the relevant payment or name confirmation, excluding time waiting for you to choose a name. There is no physical shipment.
14-day full refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment for any reason, including after generation or download. We do not deduct our PayPal transaction fee from your refund. A refunded name purchase revokes access to its included files and report; a refunded add-on revokes that add-on. For a bundle, we refund the whole bundle payment rather than impose an undisclosed partial-price allocation.
Failures and other rights
Confirmed duplicate payments, failed generation, non-delivery, defective files and material differences from the description remain eligible for correction or refund after the 14-day period where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. We verify an ambiguous payment, external refund, reversal or dispute before taking further financial action to avoid a second refund.
Request a refund
Use “Request cancellation / refund” on your saved order, or email hello@knamecard.com with your order reference and a short explanation. Never send a full card number, security code or identity document. Requests are recorded at receipt. Supported in-site full-refund requests are submitted automatically; otherwise we aim to review and initiate an eligible refund within three business days or an earlier mandatory deadline. Our first support-response target is two business days, excluding Korean public holidays.
Where the money goes
Refunds return through PayPal to the original payment method. “Pending” means the provider has not yet confirmed completion. Your issuer's posting time and exchange-rate changes can affect when and how the credit appears. Do not make a second payment while a refund or capture is being checked.
Keep your files
Online paid access lasts 30 days from verified payment; download before it expires. We provide result downloads and a private recovery link rather than promising automatic email or lifetime storage. Contact support if you lose access before your access period ends.
