Responsible operator and data
SpaceJo, represented by Kyungmo Jo, is responsible for this site. Contact hello@knamecard.com for access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint. We verify order ownership before disclosing or changing data.
We process the name, personality/MBTI, optional occupation, birth date/time and unknown-time choice, calculation gender and birth city you enter to generate names and readings. Email, selected package/name, order status and results support the order and recovery. Session identifiers protect access. We retain payment/capture/refund references, amount, USD currency, consent version/timestamp, provider-reported country and delivery evidence. We never receive or store your full payment-card number or security code.
Providers and international processing
Our operator is in Korea. Railway Corporation hosts the application and order data on our configured US server. Data is transmitted over HTTPS when you use the service. OpenAI processes calculated chart information, Korean name candidates, personality and optional occupation for writing; our writing requests omit the original name and raw birth date, time and birthplace. Higgsfield Inc. receives your selected Korean name and design references to create lettering and the seal. These providers operate in the United States and may use international subprocessors as described in their own notices.
PayPal processes payment and checkout details directly under its own privacy notice, including international processing. Our site receives verified financial references and limited country information for reconciliation. These transfers are used to provide the requested service, not to sell your input. You can decline to provide the data by not submitting an order; we cannot generate personalized results or process payment without the necessary information.
Provider information: Railway privacy and processing terms; OpenAI API data controls; Higgsfield privacy; PayPal privacy. OpenAI's default API abuse-monitoring retention is up to 30 days, subject to stated exceptions. Other provider retention and processing locations depend on their published notices; this site does not promise to delete their independently required payment or security records.
Retention and cookies
Unpaid orders expire after 24 hours; paid order inputs, results and private recovery access expire 30 days after verified payment. A short cleanup interval may follow expiry. Minimal transaction references and purchase consent are kept up to five years for accounting and disputes, then purged when no unresolved payment remains. Provider receipts may persist under provider obligations. Browser session cookies and local storage keep your private order access; clearing them can remove access unless you saved a recovery link.
Site statistics
We retain first-party visits, broad referral channels, device category, bounded non-personal keyword/campaign labels and conversion steps for up to 90 days using opaque identifiers. Country is estimated with a local IP database; analytics does not retain your IP or send it to a geolocation service. Names, email, birth information and results are not copied into analytics. No advertising cookies or personal data sale are enabled.
Your choices
Contact us to exercise your applicable rights, object to processing or request deletion. Necessary financial records may need to be isolated and retained; result access and transaction retention are different. We do not use your reading to make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you. Automatic result email delivery is currently disabled.
We also record bounded campaign and content labels, an allowlisted public entry-page path and its language. Sanitized first-touch labels are reused in browser session storage for up to 30 minutes and are linked to order progress using opaque identifiers. No full URL or order content is copied into these statistics.
