Support is provided by email and the refund-request tool on your saved order. Include your order reference, purchase date and a brief description. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents. First-response target: two business days, Monday–Friday excluding Korean public holidays.
International digital service
K-Name Card serves international purchasers with USD payments processed by PayPal. No physical goods are shipped. Eligible card checkout may be offered without a PayPal account; payment-method availability and approval vary. Automatic result email delivery is unavailable; downloads and your private recovery link are the delivery methods.
